All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email / WhatsApp. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Estimated time of delivery time is the approximate 7-10 days to deliver the ordered items to the Customer. In the event of any delay or default in such delivery by the vendor, Miha Trading Solution shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. It varies from 50 to 100 depending on the location and weight of the parcel (up to 500gm). Additional 15 to 50 extra for additional 500 grams or multiple of 500 gms. Free shipping is available for orders over INR 2000/- within the country.

Local delivery:

 

Free local delivery is available for orders over INR 500 within Guwahati. For orders under 500, we charge INR 50 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from working hours on week days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup:

​

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Miha Trading Solution, H no 3, Nawjan Road, Jorpukhuri Par, Guwahati 781001 where in-store pickup is available. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 7 business days. We will send you an email / whatsapp when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10AM to 6 PM on all working days of the week. Please have your order confirmation email / WhatsApp with you when you come.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to all over the world. Delivery timelines depends on your location which is varies from 8 to 20 days vary depending on the destinations.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Miha Trading Solution is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
